This video is a propaganda fake. No Ukrainian source has written about such a project.
Pro-Russian sources have published a video about an alleged new form of cemeteries that will be founded in Ukraine. Vertical cemeteries will be designed to save space for burials and serve as spaces for youth recreation and events.

However, this news is completely fabricated. The video shows only a 3D rendering of the so-called future facility, and there is no mention of where and when it is planned to be built. No Ukrainian source has written about such initiatives: on the contrary, the news was spread only by propaganda resources. The first to publish the video was the Telegram channel Shaman Rahu. This is the pseudonym of the Russian conspiracy blogger Dmitry Kochetkov, who regularly spreads fakes not only about the Russian-Ukrainian war, but also about the Covid-19 vaccination and the global conspiracy of the «Anglo-Saxons» against the Slavic peoples.
Recently, alternative forms of cemeteries designed to save space for burials have indeed been gaining popularity around the world. For example, this is common in Hong Kong: cemeteries there are often built on hillsides. In Santos, Brazil and Tel Aviv, Israel, there are memorial complexes in the form of skyscrapers. However, there is no evidence that such an initiative will be implemented in Ukraine in the near future, hardly yet that the vertical cemetery will become a «youth space» for events.
We have repeatedly refuted fakes about burials in Ukraine: for example, in the articles Fake: Kyiv Region Cemetery Orders to Remove Flags from Soldier Graves and Fake: Ukrainian Water Bodies Contaminated Due to the Rapid Growth of Cemeteries — Greenpeace. The purpose of such disinformation is to convince the audience that the number of losses in the Ukrainian army is much higher than the official figures, and that fallen soldiers are not treated with respect.
