The claim that Zelensky purchased Cosby’s townhouse is false. Page Six did not report any such transaction, and there is no public record of the property being sold to the Ukrainian president.
Social-media posts and Telegram channels claim that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky bought a New York townhouse formerly owned by actor Bill Cosby. The posts cite an article from the American tabloid Page Six as “evidence.”

A review of Page Six’s official website and verified social-media accounts reveals no article matching this claim. The story circulating online originated from a fraudulent site, pagesix.now, while the legitimate tabloid operates at pagesix.com.

U.S. outlets including Realtor.com and the New York Post did cover the sale of Bill Cosby’s New York townhouse for approximately $28–29 million, but none disclosed the identity of the purchaser.
The false Page Six story fits into a broader disinformation effort targeting Ukraine’s leadership. Similar fabrications have circulated in the past, including claims that Zelensky purchased Joseph Goebbels’ former villa, a property on the French island of Saint Barthélemy, and a casino in Cyprus — all previously debunked by StopFake.
